RexoERP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms.
All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (including but not limited to software, content, trademarks, logos, and designs) are owned by RexoERP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.
If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to pay applicable fees. Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the payment terms provided at purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". RexoERP makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Service's fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RexoERP's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or a nominal amount if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
If you submit content (feedback, testimonials, messages), you retain ownership but grant RexoERP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify and publish that content in connection with the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify users as appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
