As an enterprise software provider, we operate predominantly under a B2B (Business-to-Business) model, processing data strictly to provide seamless industrial automation, production tracking, supply chain visibility, and financial management for your organization.

In order to deliver enterprise-grade ERP functionality, we collect different categories of data based on your interaction with our platform:
Company name, registered address, GSTIN/tax identification, factory locations, warehouse configurations, and designated organizational contact details.
Names, official business emails, phone numbers, designations, department hierarchy, biometric logs (if integrated with attendance hardware), and system credentials.
Production orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory stock movement, IIoT sensor telemetry (where active), downtime logs, and system audit trails.
Subscription transaction IDs, invoice data, and billing history. Payment processing is facilitated via compliant payment gateways; we do not store credit card CVVs or net banking passwords.
* Note: Customer ERP data (including invoices, vendor databases, and customer records input by your staff) remains the exclusive proprietary data of your enterprise. RexoERP processes this information solely on your instructions.

Data Processing Locations: Your information is processed at Techlene's primary development & support centers in India (Indore HQ) and via certified cloud facilities located in tier-4 data centers. Where cross-border data transfer occurs (e.g. for international clients in the USA or UAE), transfers adhere to recognized standard contractual clauses and robust encryption standards.

We retain enterprise data for the duration of your active subscription contract and for a reasonable statutory period thereafter to fulfill accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Upon termination or written request, data offboarding protocols allow you to export all organizational datasets, after which server-side data is permanently deleted in accordance with our secure disposal policy.
